Some problems can't be priced until someone has looked at them properly. This is a paid, contained first stage: I review what you have, tell you what it actually involves, and set out what the work would be. The full fee is credited against whatever you commission within 45 days — so if you go ahead, it has cost you nothing.

You found a template online — a form, an agreement, a letter, a résumé layout — and it needs to be genuinely yours: your details, your wording, properly formatted, and looking like it came from someone who knows what they're doing rather than from a download.

You choose the template and you supply the content. I format it, personalize it and make it consistent. Where a blank calls for a decision — which clause to keep, which state's terms apply, what notice period to use — I flag it and ask. I don't fill it in for you, and I don't advise on what it should say.

What happens next
1 · You get a figure.
Seven questions, about three minutes. You leave with an itemized estimate, a turnaround and a written brief. No call, no waiting on me.
2 · I look at what you actually have.
You send a representative sample and answer a short questionnaire. If the material is materially larger or more tangled than described, you hear the revised figure then — not after.
3 · Scope and fee, in writing.
A written agreement setting out exactly what is delivered, when, and for how much. Nothing is owed until you have accepted it.
4 · First payment, then work begins.
Multiple electronic payment options. Delivery is complete and in the agreed formats — never in pieces.
Revisions are included, and the number of rounds is set out in your agreement before you sign it.
Revisions
Revision rounds are included in every engagement. The number is set out in your agreement before you sign it, and it appears in your estimate.

A round is one consolidated set of comments returned together — corrections, clarifications, tone, emphasis, ordering and formatting of work already delivered.

Additional rounds, or changes that go beyond the agreed scope, are quoted before any further work begins. You will never receive an invoice you have not already agreed to.
Languages
Deliverables can be prepared in English, Spanish, Italian or Ukrainian. Where a document exists in more than one language, you designate which version governs; the others are provided for convenience.

This is not certified or sworn translation. Courts, immigration authorities and some agencies require a translator's certificate of accuracy, which ADH does not provide. If your filing requires one, arrange a certified translator before the work is scoped.

Work in more than one language affects volume, so it is priced in your estimate rather than added afterward.

In Closing
​Initial inquiries and brief scoping conversations are complimentary. They are limited to understanding your needs, determining whether ADH may be able to assist, and discussing proposed scope, timing and fees. Substantive assessment or project work begins only after the scope and fee are agreed.
