Career & Professional Positioning — What's Included
Your experience, formatted and presented so it reads as well as it deserves to.
This page sets out exactly what this service produces and where it stops. It's deliberately specific — you should know before you commit, not after.
What you receive
A formatted résumé or CV, built from the content you supply. Typeset, consistent, ready to send.
Matching documents in the same design. Cover letter, biography, LinkedIn summary or portfolio front matter — your wording, one visual identity.
Consistency across the whole set. One date format, one title style, one heading hierarchy, one voice, in every document.
Files in every form you'll need. A print-ready PDF, an editable file you keep, and a plain-text version that survives applicant tracking systems.
Inconsistencies flagged. Where your own documents disagree with each other, you're told before anything goes out.
Where the work stops
The words are yours. Content is used as you supply it — it is not rewritten, embellished, or verified. What to claim, how to describe your experience, and where to send it are yours to decide.
ADH reports
Your 2019–2021 role has no end date
This job title appears two different ways
The summary says ten years; the dates add to eight
Three bullets in this section describe the same achievement
The cover letter names a different position than the posting
ADH does not say
Which date is correct
Which title to use
Whether the claim is defensible
What to write instead
Whether you should apply
The left column is what your documents say about themselves — observable, checkable, no judgment required.
The right column is your record and your claim to make. ADH does the first and tells you plainly when you've reached the second.
Optional Consistency Check
Priced separately.
While preparing your material, Anna notes internal inconsistencies she observes: dates that disagree, titles that vary, figures that don't reconcile, sections that repeat. You receive a list of observations.
You decide what, if anything, to do. Nothing is changed without your written instruction, and you'll be asked to record that instruction before any change is made.
This is not a review of accuracy, sufficiency or suitability, and not a guarantee that everything has been found.
If the work concerns an employer, licensing body or application
ADH is not a recruiter, career counselor, credentialing service or law firm. It does not verify employment history, credentials, licenses or eligibility, does not advise on what to disclose, and does not represent you to any employer or agency. Everything your documents state is your representation, and its accuracy is yours.
Some employers and some applications require disclosure when AI-assisted tools have been used in preparing a submission. ADH uses such tools, with your consent, as set out in the engagement agreement. Checking the requirements that apply to you is your responsibility, and worth doing early.
How AI is used
Research, analysis and drafting are AI-assisted. Output is reviewed by a person and factual assertions are checked against the source material you supply.
These tools can produce incomplete or inaccurate results. No deliverable is warranted error-free, and you review everything before you use it. If specific material must not be processed using such tools, say so in writing before work begins.
