Behind the Work
People come to me with a box, a folder, or an inbox — records going back years, correspondence nobody has read in order, a document that has to go out and has to be right. My work is turning that into something usable: organized, indexed, written clearly, and formatted so it looks like it was meant.

I run ADH Executive Services, a division of ADH Enterprises, Inc. I work remotely, wherever I happen to be, for clients across the United States and internationally.
How I Work
Every engagement begins with understanding your objectives, your priorities, and the material you're actually working with. Nothing gets drafted before that is clear.

Advanced tools, including AI-assisted research and analysis, support the work where appropriate. Human judgment, verification, discretion and careful review stay central to every assignment. Each service page sets out exactly how, and where the work stops.
Background
I hold a degree in economics and business administration, and two professional licenses — one in real estate, the other in a wellness practice I still keep, now done remotely. Before ADH I also worked in design and built websites.

An odd assortment, with one thing running through it: people arrive with something that matters to them, and it has to be handled properly and privately. Economics taught me to read financial records without being put off by a column of figures. Real estate taught me how much turns on a document being exactly right. Design taught me that a document which is correct but unreadable has not done its job. The wellness work taught me discretion, and how to hear what someone actually needs rather than what they opened with.

Languages and making things look right have been the two constants throughout.
The work I do now grew out of matters where accuracy carried consequences — property and mortgage records, consumer credit and debt disputes, filings in federal court matters, and a multi-year humanitarian programme that ran to hundreds of documents. Alongside that, the everyday work: templates, résumés, websites. That is where the method came from — chronologies that hold up, indexes you can actually search, and language that doesn't overstate what a record shows.
Languages
I work in English, Spanish, Italian and Ukrainian.
What I Don't Do
I'm not a lawyer, an accountant, or a financial adviser, and I don't act as one. I don't give legal advice, decide what position you should take, or tell you what your records mean for your case. I prepare, organize, verify against your own material, and tell you plainly when you've reached a question that needs someone qualified.
That boundary isn't reluctance. It's what makes the work reliable.
