What is collected
If you use the contact form. Your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is required.
If you email directly. Your email address and the contents of your message, held in the ordinary course of correspondence.
If you use the estimate tool. Nothing. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted, not stored, and not visible to ADH. If you choose to send your estimate, that happens through your own email program, and only then does ADH see it.
Automatically, as with any website. This site is hosted on Wix, which records standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit — and sets cookies necessary for the site to function. Wix's own privacy practices govern that data and are described in Wix's privacy policy.
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when a page loads.
Why it is collected, and on what basis
Information you submit is used to answer your inquiry, to decide whether ADH can help, and to correspond with you about work you have asked about. It is not used for anything else.
Where the law requires a legal basis — including for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom — the basis is your consent when you choose to contact ADH, and ADH's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating the site.
Your information is never sold. It is never shared with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers necessary to run the business:
Wix, which hosts this site and delivers the contact form.
The email provider through which correspondence is sent and received.
Where an engagement proceeds, the payment and electronic-signature providers used to invoice and to sign documents.
Where an engagement proceeds, third-party AI providers may process material supplied to ADH, as described in the Master Services Agreement. If specific material must not be processed using such tools, say so in writing before work begins.
Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Where it is held
ADH is based in Puerto Rico, a territory of the United States, and its service providers are located primarily in the United States. If you contact ADH from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there, where data protection law differs from the law where you live. By contacting ADH you accept that transfer.
How long it is kept
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for twelve months, then deleted.
Records relating to an engagement — the agreement, correspondence, invoices, and the deliverables themselves — are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, which is the period ADH's tax and professional-record obligations require.
You may ask for your information to be deleted sooner. Where no legal obligation requires it to be kept, it will be.
Your rights
You can ask what information ADH holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask that it stop being used. Write to anna@adhexecutiveservices.com and you will receive a response within thirty days.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to receive your information in portable form, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. ADH does not sell personal information and has not done so.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies Wix requires to serve pages and to keep the site working correctly. No advertising cookies are set, and no visitor is tracked across other websites. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and ADH does not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
