This page sets out exactly what this stage produces and where it stops. It's deliberately specific — you should know before you commit, not after.
What you receive
A read of what you actually have. Your material reviewed in full — volume, condition, and what isn't there.
A written statement of what the work involves. Plain language: what would be produced, in what order, and what it depends on.
A scope and a fee you can act on. A figure for the full engagement, with the assumptions it rests on written down where you can check them.
An honest answer about fit. If this isn't work ADH should take, you're told, and told why.
The full fee credited against whatever you commission afterwards. The full fee credited against whatever you commission within 45 days. Go ahead, and the assessment has cost you nothing.
Where the work stops
The assessment describes the work. It does not do the work, and it is not advice about your situation — legal, financial or otherwise. Whether to proceed, and with whom, is yours to decide.

What the fee covers
A flat $750, payable before the review begins. It buys a defined piece of work: the review, the written scope, and one round of follow-up questions once you've read it.

The fee is credited in full against any engagement you commission within 45 days of delivery. Go ahead within that window and the assessment has cost you nothing.

The 45 days runs from the day the written scope reaches you, and it assumes the material hasn't materially changed since the review. If it has — significantly more documents, a different objective — the scope is revisited before work begins, and you see the revised figure first.

Once the review has begun the fee is not refundable. You are buying an honest answer, and an honest answer is sometimes that the work isn't worth doing. That answer took the same effort to produce as any other.

How AI is used
Research, analysis and drafting are AI-assisted. Output is reviewed by a person and factual assertions are checked against the source material you supply.

These tools can produce incomplete or inaccurate results. No deliverable is warranted error-free, and you review everything before you use it. If specific material must not be processed using such tools, say so in writing before work begins.
